Purpose
Gas transmitter DG-1 is an explosion proof catalytic bead detector for continuous monitoring of combustible gases and vapours in ambient air. |

The description
The transmitter uses state-of-the-art microprocessor technology to convert the signal from the catalytic combustion sensor to a 4 to 20 mA analog signal output that proportional to the actual gas concentration in the range of concentrations from 0 to 50 % lower explosion lewel (LEL). At exceeding the meaning 50 % LEL the transmitter switch off the power of the sensor for protecting and forms the signal "Fault" with the meaning 1 mA.
The transmitter is powered from 24 V dc supply.
DG-1 is the explosion proof metal enclosure. It is marked - "PB Ехd/ 1ExdIICT6" and can be used in explosive areas.
Feeding of monitoring gas mixture on the catalytic sensor of DG-1 is convective.
